Log Basics Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Log Basics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Log Basics provides an all-in-one digital organization platform featuring:
- Secure personal and family organization tools
- Specialized apps for various life domains (finance, health, property, etc.)
- Cross-platform synchronization
- Lock-based privacy controls
- Data storage and management services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) without notice at any time.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Log Basics. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and technically process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our Content: All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your content) are and will remain our exclusive property. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Fees: Certain features require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described when you sign up. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases.
7. Termination
By You: You may stop using our Service at any time. Account deletion instructions are available in your settings.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will do so.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- That defects will be corrected
- That the Service is free of viruses or harmful components
Some jurisdictions don‘t allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOG BASICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US OVER THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If you don‘t agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
